Scheduling
Content drops are confirmed after intake. A confirmation message will include scope, deliverable count, turnaround, and what assets we need from you.
Cancellation
Please cancel or pause a confirmed drop as early as possible. If work has already started, fees may apply for completed portions as stated in your confirmation.
Refunds
Prepaid work that has not started may be refunded or credited by mutual agreement. Deliverables already completed and handed off are generally non-refundable. If we cannot proceed for reasons on our side, we will reschedule or refund the unused prepaid amount.
