These terms govern use of the Brandora Tory LLC website and digital content creation services. By requesting work, you agree to these terms.
Services
Brandora Tory provides social media content creation and editing, short-form video editing, photo editing, graphic design, content writing, and UGC-style content packages as scoped in writing or confirmed before work begins.
Authorization
You confirm you are authorized to request edits and publishing-ready files for the accounts, products, and assets involved. You retain ownership of materials you supply; Brandora Tory retains ownership of unused drafts and internal tools unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitations
Services do not include:
- Guaranteed virality, follower growth, or platform algorithm placement
- Acting as your full-time social media manager unless scoped separately
- Legal clearance of music licenses, trademarks, or advertising claims you instruct us to include
- Feature-length film finishing or live multi-camera production unless separately agreed
Fees
Fees, deliverable counts, and turnaround are agreed before work begins. Unpaid invoices may pause further scheduled work until resolved.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brandora Tory’s liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, account suspensions, or losses from instructions or assets you authorize.
